Dr. Silver is great. Office is clean and nice, everyone there remembers your name when you walk in and they have great hours and very accommodating.

Dr Silver is a pro. My father was one of leading orthodontists in the world. A profound author and lecturer and inventor in this space. I wouldn’t go anywhere he wouldn’t approve of. This team at GVO is brilliant and kind and just a pleasure to be around. I went here specifically for Invisalign after another ortho said I had to remove a tooth in the bottom center of my bite - claiming “no on would notice.”

Dr Silver didn’t need to remove teeth. Wasn’t even an option. Teeth being the foundation of the facial support structure, this was important to me as it was my father’s life’s work.

Dr. Silver and his team at Great Valley Orthodontics have been amazing. They listened carefully to our concerns and preferences (even asked for them) and created a custom treatment plan for our daughter with that in mind. The office is a brand new, beautiful, calm, clean environment and they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure she gets the best results, while also ensuring she’s comfortable with the process. They’re very kind, caring & knowledgeable & and Dr. Silver himself has reached out to follow up and see if we had questions, returned calls within hours on his day off, etc. We would highly recommend them. They give great personalized attention that I didn’t see at other places we visited for the same price.

Dr. Silver is so kind and patient, and he really goes out of his way to help us work around our scheduling challenges. The pricing is very fair too. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I’ve had so far with Great Valley Orthodontics and Dr. Silver. The office is welcoming, the staff is incredibly friendly, and my appointments always run on time.

I’m 51 years old and have lived with an underbite my entire life. In the past, I’ve explored options ranging from braces to jaw surgery, but nothing felt right—until I came to GVO. Dr. Silver was thorough in his exam, taking X-rays and scans, and he offered me multiple treatment options. We decided on dental aligners, and after just six months, I’m already about 80% of the way to correcting the issue.
